Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your SerenSkin experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Not show any signs of wear or damage

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to request a return

Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend placing a new order.
